Exciting white/orange wine from 60 to 80-year-old organically farmed Veneto vines.

Part of the grapes were direct-pressed, while another part was fermented on skins for five days, resulting in a wine that simultaneously shows freshness, fine tannins, and a subtle salty depth. The six months of aging in used barrels adds delicate complexity without overpowering the wine's mineral character. Dried citrus, herbs, stone fruits, and tea notes unfold with a lively, very drinkable finish.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur.
