A vibrant and textured rosé from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Burgenland, from the village of Oggau near Lake Neusiedl.

After destemming, the grapes spend one day on the skins, giving the wine fine structure, juicy fruit and a lightly saline character. Eight months of aging in used 500-liter barrels brings depth and gentle integration. Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt show notes of wild strawberry, sour cherry, herbs and delicate spice, with lively acidity, precise minerality and an energetic, easy-flowing finish. The proximity of Lake Neusiedl and the windy, limestone-influenced landscape of Burgenland add freshness and tension.

Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulphur.
